Flawless Events was originally established in the United States where it provided professional services in planning, coordinating, and executing events for the corporate, business, and social community within the Greater Washington Metro area with resounding success.  The company has over seven years of international experience in event planning and management services.

Flawless Events is led by Yoadan Tilahun, an experienced hospitality industry professional with innately hospitable personality, passion for perfection, flare for creativity, and drive for excellence. Yoadan brings over eight years of management and leadership experience from the US corporate world. Yoadan holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and is fluent in Amharic, English, and French, and conversational in Spanish.
