Dear Yoadan,  

      As one of the Organizing Partners of the first Continuing Medical Education (CME) Conference in Ethiopia I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the splendid work you and your staff did in making the CME Conference event a tremendous success.  Your work, as the name of your company indicates, was indeed, "FLAWLESS."   As everyone associated with this pioneering event expressed, "The CME Conference could never have been accomplished without your professional help!"   

      As you know, when the Organizing Partners started working on this event, we had ambitious hopes of attracting as many as 200 attendees.  The fact that we ended up with around 550 attendees, all of whom stayed throughout the entire event, says volumes about your understanding of the local Ethiopian scene and your firm's ability to communicate in order to get the "most bang for the buck."   You were "unflappable" in taking the pre-event planning through some very trying circumstances, including last minute changes. That calmness was gratefully appreciated and it did a lot in building the "can-do" attitude when weaker persons would have thrown up their hands in despair.   

      I am one of the planners of an event in late February 2009 which will require the services of your firm and look forward to again having the opportunity to work with you.
